The team from the Hakas collaborated with the designers to take this existing retail space and create a stylish contemporary office space (or workspace) for Aldar to relocate to.

Hakas created various interesting collaboration spaces to cater to the multiple departments, as well as removed the existing 1st-floor slabs to create a large atrium opening and skylight installation.
